This ingeniously designed white foam pack is lined with two layers of 25mm or 35mm non abrasive flexible polyurethane foam and will surround and protect your fragile or delicate products to prevent them being damaged in the post. Perfect for packaging and transporting gifts, optical equipment, precision components, small parts etc.

Triple thickness collapsible corners incorporated into the pack design provide additional impact protection. When the foam pack is closed, the triple thickness front, double thickness top/back and secure locking tabs provide greater strength and secure postal protection.

In the table below, the two dimensions indicate the external pack size and the internal capacity after making an allowance for the thickness of the foam.
