Opti-Seal Industrial Heavy Duty Impulse Heat Sealers offer the ultimate in heat sealing technology. Every machine comes with an integrated magnetic sealing head which produces an incredible 5mm heavy duty seal. The Opti-Seal range is very easy to operate and can seal polythene, polypropylene, laminates, foil and P.V.C film with ease, as well as many other thinner materials. All machines feature adjustable sealing and cooling times and can be used on average up to 400 times per shift to ensure maximum productivity. All Opti-Seal machines are capable of sealing the following maximum film thickness:
PE polythene - 250 micron bag, total thickness 500 microns
PP polypropylene - 200 micron bag, total thickness 400 microns
P.V.C - 100 micron bag, total thickness 200 microns
Laminates, foil etc - 150 micron bag, total thickness 300 microns
