Class 5 - Oxidising Hazard Labels
Hazard safety labels for oxidising agents and organic peroxides
Chemical warning labels for products which conform to the GHS International System of Classification and Labelling for the transportation of dangerous goods, which divides hazardous substances into classes on the basis of the chemical characteristics producing the risk. Class 5 is for oxidising agents (SLZ17) and for organic peroxides (SL18). Oxidisers are materials that can, generally by yielding oxygen, cause or enhance the combustion of other materials.
Organic Peroxides are any organic compounds containing oxygen in a bivalent -O-O- structure and which may be considered derivatives of hydrogen peroxide, where one or more of the hydrogen atoms have been replaced by organic radicals. Each roll contains 250 ghs hazard labels. The hazard warning stickers are 100mm square and made from self-adhesive vinyl.
