Cap & sleeve palletised cartons - ideal protection for export shipping
These heavy duty palletised cap and sleeve pallet boxes are ideal for exporting large and heavy goods where storage space is minimal and product protection is essential. They come flat packed for convenient storage, with the sleeve folded and stored inside the end caps and the wooden pallet firmly secured to the base. Once assembled, the carton holds goods up to 672mm high, but is easily trimmed for smaller items if required. The cartons are made of superior strength double wall rigid corrugated board, making them strong enough to withstand the bumps and knocks that come with export by road, rail, sea and air.
The pallets come as standard or heat treated, making them exempt from international phytosanitary regulations, which exist to combat the movement of infestations around the world. Once closed the boxes can be easily and safely stacked and strapped shut for extra security. After use, the boxes are easily collapsed again for convenient storage and re-use.
