Surcharged Post Code Areas
Due to higher rates imposed by our carriers to remote and inaccessible areas, we apply a minimum of £7.95 delivery surcharge to the following areas:
Offshore, Highlands and Islands: AB13-14, AB21-56, FK19-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH2, PH9, PH15-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE
Certain product/post code combinations incur an additional charge to the above areas. Our policy is to review authorised orders submitted via our website, prior to payment being collected. If applicable, our Customer Service dept. will contact you and agree any additional charges before collecting payment, alternatively you may cancel your order. However, we will aim to satisfy your order wherever possible.
An additional delivery charge may apply to exceptionally bulky consignments to UK mainland destinations (local 20 mile radius not affected). If your order is affected you will be advised before payment is collected.
We do not currently operate a standard service to Northern Ireland and non-standard UK destinations. For pallet orders please ring 01332 821200.
All standard products are held in stock. Orders received by 3.00pm for national delivery (UK mainland) will be despatched same day (Monday to Friday) on our standard service and will generally be received within 1-2 working days. A guaranteed Next day service can be quoted on ordering.

We will notify you by email or fax when your consignment is despatched. To assist us in concluding your order satisfactorily we ask you to ensure that someone is available to receive the consignment and advise us of any periods when the premises may be closed so that we can notify the carrier.
Inspection of Consignment
Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note e.g. "damaged in transit" or "2 parcels only received" etc. and refuse delivery of the damaged parcel only. A signature of "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damage in transit.
Please do not accept delivery without checking and sign the carrier's delivery note "not inspected" or "received unchecked" or "unexamined" etc. as this will not be accepted by the carrier in the event of a claim.

Purchasing direct from Davpack is simple - pay by credit card, switch, order from our website, send payment in advance or take up to 30 days to pay once your credit account has been established.
