This heavy weight continuous polythene tubing on a roll is widely used in busy packing areas, factories, transport and warehouses to produce individual custom-made polythene bags. Simply insert your product, cut to length and either heat seal, tape, tie, or staple both ends to create a made to measure bag. Heavy Duty Layflat Tubing is made from high quality, puncture resistant polythene to give strength and clarity and is ideal for bulky products such as thick fabric rolls, machine parts and many other heavy applications. Sizes up to 500 mm wide can be machine sealed with our range of Standard Impulse Heat Sealers and up to 620 mm wide with our Heavy Duty Pro-Seal Heat Sealers.

TIP - The width is measured folded flat. To calculate the diameter of a particular layflat size, multiply the width by 0.6364 e.g. 300mm layflat tubing is 190mm diameter.
