You can take this handy polyester buckle and strap kit anywhere in the workplace to perform medium to heavy duty bundling and strapping tasks. No other strapping tools are necessary, simply pull out and cut the polyester strapping to the required length, thread it in to a metal buckle and pull tight to lock. Perfect for securing palletised products liable to movement as the strapping can be re-tensioned as necessary thanks to the steel buckle.
The inherent characteristics of polyester strapping mean this product will resist discolouration, corrosion, aging and abrasion. Polyester is as strong as steel but six times lighter and with higher elongation and shock absorbance properties, will not lose its tension if the load contracts or expands. The supplied 13mm strap width will provide a breaking strain of around 375kgs and is ideal for many medium to heavy duty applications.
