This automatic friction weld strapping tool is the fastest way to hand strap cardboard boxes and pallets with maximum operator comfort and minimal effort. Simply insert both ends of the polypropylene strapping into the machine, lift the handle and pull the trigger. The friction welder straps your packaging in seconds and achieves a strapping tension of up to 240kg.

The GPFW1 friction welder strapping machine has a rugged, ergonomic design for easy handling and durability. It has two operating settings - automatic or semi-automatic, and weighs only 4.5kg with battery. This friction welder works with polypropylene strapping from 9mm to 16mm wide (depending upon model chosen), and from 0.7mm to 1.05mm thick. It is also compatible with polyester strapping of the same width and from 0.4mm to 1.05mm thickness.
