All-purpose Salter electronic bench scales

Salter bench scales with a tough, low profile platform which has a brushed stainless steel top for ease of cleaning and a generous platform size. Mounted on four anti-slip, self levelling rubber feet. 8m of cable connects the platform to the brushed stainless steel display pod, which has clear 17mm high LCD digits. A plastic display pod bracket is included to allow the display to be wall or bench mounted.

Key display features of this digital weighing scale include: push button tare to enable weights of empty containers to be removed and net weight only displayed; kg/lb switching to give readings in either metric or imperial measures; hold, which allows the weight to be frozen, even when the package is removed. The bench scale also features auto zero tracking to automatically compensate for small fluctuations in zero such as a build up of material on the platform. To extend battery life an auto-off feature is standard, with the scale switching itself off after two minutes of inactivity.
