Davpack: the fashionable packaging boutique?
Q: Why is your favourite packaging supplier like your favourite high street fashion store?
A: Because we both let you try before you buy!
How often have you gone into a clothes shop or two, tried on a few (dozen) things which looked promising, but in the end walked away with nothing? There’s so much to choose from, but nothing quite seems to look, fit or feel right. I can think of lots of worse ways to spend an afternoon, but it’s frustrating when you actually need something, like an outfit for a wedding or a party.
I would never consider for a moment buying something from a shop that looked nice and was in my size without trying it on first. And yet that’s what we do every time we buy clothes on the internet. It strikes me that if the success rate of buying clothes online is anything like that of trying clothes on in a shop, then the only people who are going to be winning are the courier companies being paid to ferry them around the country!
Take the guesswork out of buying packaging!
If you’re in the market for something to package your product, you also want to know that what you’re buying is just right. Admittedly, there are a lot less variables (people very rarely decide against buying cardboard boxes because they’re the wrong shade of brown!), but that doesn’t mean you should buy the first pack of book boxes or gift boxes you see that’s about the right size and hope for the best.
If it’s too big you run the risk of damaging the contents by having them rattle around inside, or incurring more costs through unnecessary extra packaging, like bubble wrap or void fill. If it’s too small, well, then it’s no good at all!
Call us now for your FREE sample!
Now, unlike the clothes shop, you can’t wander into our Derby warehouse of an afternoon and spend the rest of the day trying different packaging products one after another. What we can do, however, is send you up to three samples FREE, so you can try them at work or home. We will have to charge you for postage and packing (it’s £7.95 + VAT, our standard delivery charge for any order under £150), but if you make a purchase based on your samples, we’ll refund that for you. You really can’t lose!
There are a few products we can’t unfortunately send samples of – some of our large, high value and palletised items, for example. And we usually can’t send clear polythene bags either, because they’re food grade; once we open the packet to get one out, the rest of the contents become contaminated and therefore unsellable.
On the other hand, if you want to try out one of our polythene postal bags or check the colour on a sheet of tissue paper, we can pop those in the post for you without any charge at all!
To get your FREE samples, why not give our Sales team a call on 0844 800 9844 or email email@example.com? It’s the only way to be sure!
