Davpack is officially recognised as a quality service provider and our documented quality assurance system was accredited ISO 9001 certification by the British Standards Institution. Our quality Assurance Manager, Mr Craig Beech has been specifically appointed to monitor the application of a defined quality procedure in order to ensure our customers consistently receive a quality service first time and every time.

POLICY STATEMENT

The Directors and Management of Davpack provide packaging and stationery products to a variety of business sectors.

The quality objective of the business is to provide Customers with products and services to a level of quality that consistently conforms to order specification and appropriate legislation “first time, every time”. In addition we aim to deliver to the Customer “on time, every time” and to maintain a continual quality improvement programme.

To achieve this objective it is the policy of Davpack to establish and develop its business processes to enable continual improvements to be applied.

To enable us to sustain this objective a Quality Assurance Programme based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Standard is utilised to manage the process of quality and continual improvement.

The policy statement will be embraced at all times by the Directors, Managers and personnel of Davpack who share in our long term commitment to be recognised as a quality service provider.
