Extra heavy duty, triple wall cardboard boxes made from high performance grade, corrugated kraft cardboard, securely side stitched and ready to tackle the toughest packaging and shipping jobs. Three layers of fluting sandwiched between four liners provide maximum rigidity and crush resistance for your products and quickly assemble to form a 15mm protective shield around your products.

These tri-wall boxes are seriously strong, with a stable palletised load capacity of up to 500kg and can be multi-stacked for storage and loaded into containers for maximum fill. Extensively used for storage, packaging and transport by some of the largest European companies and suitable for export and mainland shipments by air, land and sea. With an uncomplicated one-piece construction, our heavy duty triple wall boxes are quick and easy to assemble and easy to seal with polypropylene strapping adhesive packaging tape or carton box sealer.
