UK Mainland Delivery
- FREE delivery on orders over £100 (ex VAT).
- Orders under £100 incur a fixed £6.99 delivery charge (ex VAT).
- Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations is charged at cost (from £15.90). Our Customer Service team will call you before despatch to confirm additional charges.
Non UK Mainland Delivery
Surcharges Deliveries to the following areas and postcodes are quoted individually:
- Scottish Highlands: AB31–AB56, KW1–KW14, PA21–PA40, PH8–PH9, PH15–PH40, PH49–PH51, FK19–FK21, IV63
- Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland: HS1–HS9, IV, KW15–KW17, KA27–KA28, PA20, PA41–PA89, PH41–PH44, ZE
- Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)
We review all authorised website orders prior to taking payment. If additional charges apply, our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm before payment is collected. You may cancel your order at this point if you prefer.
Delivery Timescales
Orders of stocked products received before 2pm are despatched within 2 working days either as parcels or on a pallet with most deliveries occurring the following working day after despatch. We will notify you by email once your order has been despatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If a product is not in stock or needs to be manufactured, we will contact you to confirm additional lead time. If any special arrangements need to be made, please call our Customer Service team on 01332 821200.
Important:
- Parcel deliveries are ground floor only.
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and may be up to 2m high.
- Please inform us of any delivery restrictions or booking requirements before dispatch.
Inspection of Consignment
- Please check the outer packaging and contents before signing the carrier’s delivery note. If goods are damaged or missing, you must:
- Record the issue on the delivery note (e.g. “damaged in transit”, “only 2 parcels received”).
- Refuse only the damaged parcel(s).
- Do not sign “unchecked”, “not inspected”, or similar, as carriers will not accept claims submitted under these terms.
