This DHL sized boxes has been specifically designed to help you get the most from each parcel category under DHL’s service point size and price guide. These boxes are made to the maximum external dimensions allowed for each DHL size category (except for ‘envelope 1’) meaning you’ll know exactly what you’re paying when it comes to sending your parcels through DHL. Boxes 4,5,6, and 7 are available in both double and single wall while still having the same external dimensions. 

 

With the single wall boxes holding up to 10kg and double wall having a load capacity of 30kg when evenly dispersed, neither box is vulnerable to crushing or damages. Please be aware that the weight of your parcel with its contents will also have an effect on which category it falls under and how much it costs to ship. If you choose Express, your boxes will fall under the 70kg weight limit however, with the Parcel category you will be allowed no more than 31.5kg, making the double wall boxes a perfect fit due to them holding up to 30kg when evenly dispersed! For more information on the categories read the DHL service point size and price guide.
