This high spec, heavy duty polyprop strapping kit is ready to go and includes the upgraded tools and extra strapping necessary for continuous use in busy packaging, transport, warehousing and industrial applications. A two part strapping system is extremely versatile and equally suited to working on horizontal or vertical flat surfaces on palletised loads, cartons, bales, cardboard boxes, packaging crates and awkwardly shaped products. The rugged tensioner tool is used first to tighten the strapping around the product, then the heavy duty sealer is used to apply high leverage to crimp the metal seal over the strapping to produce an exceptionally strong, efficient seal.

Polypropylene Hand Strapping- 2 rolls on plastic reels included, choose from 4 different breaking strains to suit your application from the table below.
Mobile Strapping Dispenser- ref: GDPS2 - This tubular steel dispenser has a similar tilt and wheel design to a sack truck and is ideal for transporting polypropylene strapping in the workplace. The dispenser has an inertia brake to prevent over dispensing and a handy storage tray for tools and seals, so that you can keep all strapping essentials together.
Heavy Duty Polyprop Strapping Tensioner- ref: GPT4 - can be used with plastic or polyester strapping up to 19mm wide. Simply feed the strapping under the guides in to the capstan and crank the handle to tension.
Heavy Duty Polyprop Strapping Sealer- ref: GPS3/12 - produces a stronger and more efficient seal than a basic sealer and features long metal arms with plastic grips for easy and fast application.
2000 Semi-Open Metal Seals- ref: GSO/12 - simply place the seal over the overlapping strap ends either during or after tensioning, then use the sealer to apply leverage to crimp the metal seal over the strapping.
