The dispenser allows fast wrapping, helping to achieve a consistent tension on the film while also eliminating friction burns. The plastic dispenser comes in two pieces to allow for rapid changing of film rolls when empty. The kit also includes a cutter, suitable for cutting bubble and shrink film as well as stretch film.
