These polyprop strapping kits include all the necessary components to commence general duty packaging, box sealing and bundling applications. A two part strapping system is extremely versatile as the tools can be used either vertically or horizontally on flat surfaces and awkwardly shaped products. The tensioner is used first to tighten the strapping around the product, then the sealer is used to apply high leverage to crimp the metal seal over the strapping.

Standard Polyprop Strapping Tensioner- ref: GPT1 - This is a handy tool to have in any warehouse for tightening strapping around pallets and cardboard boxes to improve stability. Ideal for regular use in many varied packaging applications with plastic strapping up to 16mm wide. Simply feed the polypropylene strapping in to the capstan and crank the handle to tension.
Standard Polyprop Strapping Sealer- ref: GPS1/12 - features long handles with grips for easy and safe seal closure.
2000 Semi-Open Metal Seals- ref: GSO/12 - simply place the seal over the overlapping strap ends either during or after tensioning, then use the sealer to apply leverage to crimp the metal seal over the strapping.
