These TempGuard thermal liners are a recyclable packaging solution created with Sealed Air to enable pre-packaged, temperature-sensitive goods to be shipped without causing harm to the environment. Each insulator is constructed from Kraft paper which has flexible qualities that allow each liner to mould around the contents of your package along with only being 14mm thick, guaranteeing that all internal space is utilized. The material of the liners is completely recyclable and biodegradable, enabling your consumers or other locations of your business to reuse them. Lowering your wasted costs on waste production and improving customer satisfaction rates through your company’s care for the environment. Available both separately and paired with a corresponding box - all codes ending in B are a kit of 25 boxes with 50 liners.

For reference, below are the paired liner and box sizes:
- TEMP189B folds into a 250mm cube, and so is matched with the single wall box ASW10 = 254 x 254 x 254mm
- TEMP190B forms a 300mm cube, this is matched with the single wall box ASW15 = 305 x 305 x 305mm
- TEMP351B folds into a 355mm cube, and so is matched with the single wall box ASW57B = 350 x 350 x 350mm

 

  • These liners were tested to pass ISTA 7E standards, it is guaranteed that contents will maintain proper temperatures
  • Each pad is only 14mm thick and will maximize the internal space in your package
  • Condensation is reduced significantly through moisture absorption
  • The liners are constructed from 100% recycled newspapers
